Included in the Pre-Budget Report (PBR) on 6 December 2006 were several PBR Notes on life assurance — one announcing an anti-avoidance measure and four in respect of consultation which had taken place since the late spring. There was also one on general insurance business and one on Lloyd's corporate members.
