After many years in the making we are now reaching the final stages of major reforms to the tax tribunals system. This project has been the subject of extensive comment in The Tax Journal from this firm HMRC and the Ministry of Justice (most recently Gemma Young in Issue 951 6 October 2008 page 5) as well as from Deloitte and other specialist contributions on specific areas.
