 What’s it like to run your own practice? 

It's hard work brilliant fun and all consuming! I started Parisi Tax five years ago and it has grown much quicker than I ever anticipated. There is such a need for independent good quality tax services. We are all proud of what we have built and love this new way of working.

In terms of challenges I think the biggest is keeping up with demand and knowing how big to allow Parisi Tax to grow. With the economy still not at full throttle there are so many great opportunities to come. It is paramount that no matter how big we grow we maintain the quality that we are known for and don’t spoil what seems to be a fantastic winning formula. So that’s what keeps me wondering.
