I am afraid this year I really do have to chastise you indeed it is my duty to do so on two fronts. Firstly for making such a botch of pensions simplification in the Finance Act last year. When I provided such exemplary advice to you last year I happened to remark at the time that I felt in previous years you had not taken any notice of my advice and now I know for certain you had not. That's apart from the skating circus in the forecourt of Somerset House where you are quite rightly charging exorbitant prices to the public to disport themselves. But back...
