The Finance Act 2009 Sch 50 (Record-keeping) (Appointed Day) Order SI 2010/815 appoints 1 April 2010 as the day on which amendments made by FA 2009 Sch 50 concerning record-keeping obligations for SDLT insurance premium tax aggregates levy climate change levy and landfill tax come into force.
