HMRC has published its report on the results from the 2015 customer survey of individuals, small businesses and agents. The survey reveals only four in ten agents acknowledging a positive overall experience of HMRC over the previous 12 months. Less than half of the agents surveyed (46%) felt that HMRC ensured it was easy to deal with tax issues, while 72% considered HMRC were not doing enough to reduce administrative burdens.
