HMRC customer survey 2015

HMRC has published its report on the results from the 2015 customer survey of individuals, small businesses and agents. The survey reveals only four in ten agents acknowledging a positive overall experience of HMRC over the previous 12 months. Less than half of the agents surveyed (46%) felt that HMRC ensured it was easy to deal with tax issues, while 72% considered HMRC were not doing enough to reduce administrative burdens. See
