A few months ago I attended a workshop on EU mergers together with David Simpson. David heads our EU Tax Group in the UK. The workshop was organised by the BDO International EU Centre of Excellence headed by Andrea Bilitewski of the BDO German firm was hosted by BDO Austria and was attended in all by 27 BDO representatives from EU countries.
