There didn't seem to be much in the Budget speech to worry those dealing with employment taxes. (I use the word 'worry' deliberately as all too often employers and their advisers reap extra burdens from the Budget wind.) Inevitably the bundle of Inland Revenue press releases contained a few things needing attention but even these were essentially benign and amounted as far as they went to a cooling breeze.
So what then is the problem with that? In essence nothing. A lack of change and an absence...
