Customs Tariff (Preferential Trade and Tariff Quotas) (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations, SI 2022/174 to amend: (1) the Customs Tariff (Preferential Trade Arrangements) (EU Exit) Regulations, SI 2020/1457 to make necessary updates to preferential import duty rates, (2) the Customs (Tariff Quotas) (EU Exit) Regulations, SI 2020/1432 to vary tariff quotas and to correct errors to autonomous tariff quotas, and (3) the Customs (Origin of Chargeable Goods: Trade Preference Scheme) (EU Exit) Regulations, SI 2020/1436 to make changes to the related Rules of Origin requirements to reflect changes to the classification of imported goods following updates made by the World Customs Organisation.
