The Finance Act 2003, Part 3 (Amendment) Order, SI 2018/461, updates references to ‘Community Customs Code’ with references to ‘Union Customs Code’, for the purposes of liability to civil financial penalties in the UK for breaches of customs legislation.
The order has effect in respect of conduct which begins on or after 30 March 2018.
