Business Tax: PAYE: annual returns
HMRC has introduced a 'quicker cheaper and easier' way for employers and agents to report that they have no employer annual returns P35 and P14 due for 2009/10. 'You can still contact us in writing or by telephone if you wish but if you use this new facility you will receive an acknowledgement email immediately to reassure you that your declaration has been received ' HMRC said. Users will receive a second email to confirm that HMRC has processed the declaration. The online declaration forms are available via www.lexisurl.com/Oq6oo.
