Underhill and Hayton is the classic authoritative must-have work of reference for those practising in the area of trust and trustees and as ever a new edition is to be welcomed as a necessity. David Hayton had added considerably to the work (hence the addition of his name) and its authority. This in part led to his appointment as a Justice of the Caribbean Court of Justice. Two of his King's College London colleagues have been 'persuaded' to be Editors under David Hayton's General Editorship for this new edition. This had led to some useful and interesting rewriting on trustees' duties...
