The chancellor has announced the appointment of Bill Dodwell to succeed Paul Morton as tax director of the Office of Tax Simplification (OTS).
Bill Dodwell is a former head of tax policy at Deloitte and former president of the CIOT. Since July 2018, he has been a senior policy adviser at the OTS.
