The last few weeks have certainly been an interesting time in the tax profession. The Budget announcement of a registration process for both direct and indirect tax planning adds a significant extra dimension to the way most of us work. That said one might also say that nothing has changed. PricewaterhouseCoopers our clients and the vast majority of practitioners have only ever operated on the basis of full disclosure to the tax authorities.
