These new Regulations extend the application of the 2015 Regulations to arrangements entered into by the UK for the exchange of financial account information with other jurisdictions up to 20 April 2022. This includes arrangements entered into with Jamaica, Kenya, the Maldives and Morocco. The Regulations come into force on 18 May 2022.
