The ATT and CIOT have launched a survey to help them and HMRC understand what their members want and need most from HMRC’s online services.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and covers:
appointing an agent digitally;
digital services for agents; and
using client credentials.
The results will help inform ATT and CIOT’s responses to HMRC when discussing the development of new digital services. The survey will run until 5pm on Friday 13 March.
