Until now my series of features on barristers' chambers which deal with tax work has concentrated on sets which operate principally in the London area. Many large corporations have their headquarters in the great metropolis and the seat of government and the highest courts are obviously located there. But outside London a great deal of economic activity takes place all of which attracts the interest of the revenue authorities.
