The Corporation Tax (Instalment Payments) (Amendment) Regulations, SI 2011/1785, amend SI 1998/3175 to provide for collection of the bank levy through the payment on account system, and amend statutory references in SI 1998/3175 to reflect the re-writing of ICTA 1988 by CTA 2010.
