James Bullock was the head of risk advisory services at Pinsent Masons. James had more than 20 years of experience advising in relation to large and complex disputes with HMRC for large corporates and high net worth individuals, and he was a member of the editorial board of Tax Journal. James sadly passed away in September 2015.
