From 19 September 2016, HMRC is to stop issuing certain letters, leaflets and paper forms to companies or their agents in connection with corporation tax. Some of these will now be available only through CT online. A number of guidance notes and leaflets will be available only on GOV.UK. Certain non-statutory forms will be issued only to authorised agents and unrepresented companies. Statutory forms and notices will be issued:
only to the company where HMRC’s records show the same address for the registered office and agent;
to both the company and agent where these addresses are different;
